Itziar Otegi has translated works by various authors, including Jules Renard, Flannery O’Connor, Etgar Keret and J. A. Coyne, among others. Her children’s book "Lorerik gorriena" (The Reddest Flower) won the Etxepare Award for illustrated works in 2020. Her collection of short stories, "Ezer ez dago utzi nuen lekuan" (Nothing Is Where I Left It), which won the City of Donostia Kutxa Literature Award in 2024, marks her debut as a short story writer.It
